1. At Viento y Energia, S.L. our principal objective is personalised attention to our clients in order to provide a quality service.  Concerned about the confidentiality of the data provided, we have implemented the opportune security measures to this effect.
2. At the moment in which you provide us with your personal details, these will be incorporated into our database so that we may be able to facilitate to you all the information you require.

In accordance with Art. 5 of the Organic Law regarding Data Protection (LOPD), Viento y Energía, S.L. herewith informs you that the data of a personal nature that you have provided to us is handled and stored in files, which are inscribed in the General Data Protection Registry, and that we have measures implemented of a technical and organisational nature to guarantee the security of same.  Likewise, we inform you of the option to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the handling of your data of a personal nature, by addressing a registered letter (including ID) to our registered address at C/ Melilla nº 2, Churriana de la Vega (Granada). The handling referred to has as its purpose the provision of services by Viento y Energía, S.L. and other companies from the same Group in a personalised manner, together with the compilation of statistics and surveys.  In addition, we inform you that, unless we receive communication from you to the contrary, the companies that Viento y Energía S.L. has collaboration agreements with for the provision of specific services will also have access to this data. We would also be grateful for your communication of any modification in your personal data.  The owner of the data likewise gives his or her express consent for Viento y Energía S.L. to send out publicity via electronic mail or equivalent medium (SMS, MMS, etc).

Said consent may be revoked at any time, although the revocation will under no circumstances be retroactive.  Similarly, we inform you that at all times, in the manner afore-mentioned, or via electronic mail to informatica@vientoyenergia.com, you may express your desire to not receive any type of publicity.
